Office 2019 Professional Plus: the solution for ambitious users

By choosing the Professional Plus edition, users who use the full range of Microsoft Office at home or in the office certainly can't go wrong. This package, in fact, contains all the important programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access. In addition, OneNote is now available for download at the Windows store, to take notes quickly and send them to all devices via the cloud. Thanks to the wide range of different programs, the Professional Plus edition is aimed primarily at those who work from home or at a small office and look for efficient and reliable solutions for managing documents, tables and more.

Word 2019 is the most powerful document creation tool. From everyday paperwork to official business documents, Word features apply to every type of text. In addition, a new feature of this edition is the improved recognition of virtual ink: so handwriting with a pen is transformed immediately and better into typefaces on the display. Voice input has also been optimized. Microsoft has also made numerous specific improvements: SVG graphics, for example, allow the integration of even complex image files, without requiring a greater use of memory. As regards image processing, the modification of the scale and other dimensions has also been improved.

For companies, Access 2019 offers a high-performance solution for creating and managing databases of all types. The new version supports the creation of database applications, which work directly within the browser and are therefore particularly light. Finally, the stored data arrives, for example, in the SQL databases, which offer secure access. Publisher 2019, for its part, improves the possibilities for publishing graphics of all kinds: for presentations, advertisements, flyers, magazines and much more. In addition, in the Office 2019 Professional Plus package, Microsoft has once again significantly improved both programs: in Publisher, for example, it has extended pen recognition and, in Access, has made database coordination between colleagues faster.

To work with tables, Excel 2019 offers the best features. From financial tables, to product databases, to the collection of information for tax returns and more: this version of Excel offers a program once again improved, for the creation and management of all types of tables. In addition, new graphics were added for visual information and additional predefined mathematical functions were integrated. Excellent compatibility with CSV files remained. Similarly, PowerPoint 2019 now offers not only the ability to connect Ultra HD images directly in presentations, but also to freely resize graphics and zoom images. There is therefore a better chance of not having to process the images outside the program.

Outlook 2019 offers access to all saved contacts and e-mail addresses. Especially in offices, together with an exchange server, this offers a good chance of having up-to-date information on customers and partners. Moreover, the application supports the creation of multiple e-mail accounts: this is particularly useful for users who have different accounts. On all programs, Office 2019 Professional Plus offers the proven interface, which has been integrated into every application for over ten years now. The workflow therefore extends to every application and has a similar appearance everywhere: on Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Microsoft has limited the use of Office 2019 Professional Plus to Windows 10. This means that none of the programs contained in this package are compatible with an earlier version of Windows. Moreover, this collection of programs is linked to a license that belongs completely to the buyer: in fact, after the purchase, it is possible to use the programs for an unlimited period, without having to make further subscriptions. For all editions of Office 2019, Microsoft guarantees a service period of at least five years on all types of devices.
